Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between Patriot Home Services of Iowa and our customers. Here we will discuss how our business works and the terms and conditions that will follow hiring PHSOI.

Terms and conditions agreement:

• Our company typically receives half a project total up front and half in the end unless notified otherwise.
• Your deposit amount will be used to purchase materials and provide some labor on the front end.
• If you hire Patriot Home Services of Iowa, on the back end, your final payment is considered an approval of satisfaction.
• Patriot Home Services of Iowa will deliver the promised product, but under a work order change (i.e. You thought you liked the color of siding that's been ordered but didn't once it arrived) Patriot Home Services of Iowa will be forced to charge additional restocking fees.
